Our mission is to Reduce social inequality through co-learning and co-creating. June 2014 –March 2018 Charity organization «Lviv Education Foundation» Project manager In LEF I occupy position of the project manager, mostly dealing with non-formal education for youth in Eastern Ukraine. During this three years I have managed a few national wide projects. Among of them are: «Building Ukraine together» — the project which gathered more then 600 volunteers from whole the Ukraine and even Russia, USA, Netherland, Lithuania and Poland. The main idea of the project is to help victims of the conflict in the Eastern Ukraine to rebuild their homes. From the first until the last camp the project scaled from the one city to ten, from 50 to 600 volunteers. The second big project if establishment of the Youth platform in Kramatorsk (the center of Donetsk region in the Eastern Ukraine) named «Vilna Khata». «Vilna Khata» became the first youth platform established in Donetsk region. The main goal of the platform is to provide young people of Kramatorsk with asses to the informal education, tools for the realization of theirideas and projects and other. During this two years platform, which started from group of 10 volunteers grew, up to 700 unique visitors each month. The third project is study youth exchange program «East-to-West». The program is based on the idea of experience and knowledge exchange for Ukrainian youth from the Eastern part of the country. Each of the programs had itstopic,such as Social entrepreneurship, NGO development, informal education, youth opportunities and others. In total we have hosted more then 200 high school and university students. The sphere of my responsibilities in mentioned projects includes preparing and providing public events, press conferences, interviews, collaboration with local governments and business structures, engagement of volunteers and speakers for the events and other. 2013-2014 Guest rooms at Ukrainian Catholic University Development Manager In the Guest rooms of UCU, I worked as an administrator and development manager. The main sphere of the responsibilities included welcoming and hosting guests, establishment of the cooperation with booking services, preparing documents, financial reports and market analyses, development of the strategy of the client engagement. 2010-2014 Project manager, head of the brotherhood (2013-2014) Management of the short-term projects and brotherhood initiatives. Among the main projects are social initiatives (visits to orphans houses, charity evenings), cultural exchanges, art projects (literary, painting and musical events).
